About this event

Demo group booking conditions

FICTIONAL DEMO ONLY – not a real exhibition booking or purchase.

Visitor groups and vendor teams may reserve 1-100 adult places using the published visitor and vendor admission choices. Both currently cost $0 in this demo. There is no deposit, payment deadline or cancellation fee. A vendor admission is not a booth contract: booth space, electricity, equipment, insurance, sales permissions and floor-plan assignments are not purchased or promised here.

Places are temporarily set aside for 48 hours. The coordinator accepts the free admission agreement and an organizer explicitly confirms the group. Expired unconfirmed places are released; no automatic renewal is provided.

The coordinator need not attend. Every adult accepts their own invitation and, after confirmation, completes their own private details and consent. No coordinator may give another adult's personal consent.

Ask the organizer to demonstrate cancellations, staff substitutions or vendor changes manually. No automated cancellation, booth transfer or refund is available. Free admission has no payment to refund; cancellation of the fictional show creates no admission debt.
